El Nido Parent Center, also known as The Nest, supports Perris Elementary School District families with clothing, school supplies, baby items, books, small toys, and on-site laundry services.
All PESD families are welcome to access these services if they need extra support.

Friday, December 19
8:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Laundry and closet services are available
We will be closed December 20 through January 4 and will reopen on January 5th for regular hours.

We are excited to welcome two outstanding leaders to Perris Elementary School District.
Please join us in welcoming Michael Tellez, our new Director of Facilities, Maintenance, and Operations. With more than 12 years of leadership experience in public education and public service, Michael brings a strong commitment to safety, operational excellence, and student-centered support.
We are also thrilled to welcome Kimberly Bradbury as Assistant Principal at Perris Elementary School. Kimberly brings 19 years of experience as an educator and school leader and is passionate about supporting students, staff, and families.
We are proud to have Michael and Kimberly join the Perris Elementary family as we continue working together to ensure every student belongs, succeeds, and leads.
Community Survey on PESD Schools Early Release Day
Dear PESD Families and Community Members,
We are currently reviewing the schedule for our district's early release day with the goal of establishing a unified early release day for all schools, including charter (IHCS). This goal is to streamline operations and ensure consistency across the entire district.
We value the perspectives of our community. Your input is crucial in determining:
1. The optimal day of the week for the aligned early release schedule.
2. Whether aligning the early release days across all district and charter schools best serves our community and staff (we will be surveying our staff separately).

Last night, Skyview students lit up the stage and wowed families and friends with their incredible talent. Their hard work and dedication were felt in every note. Later this month, it will be Innovative and Railway’s turn to shine. We cannot wait to cheer on more of our young musicians.

This month, Perris Elementary students are learning about empathy, the power to understand and share the feelings of others. Through songs, stories, and activities, they’re discovering how kind words and caring choices build belonging and strengthen friendships.

This week, students from across PESD will take center stage during Student-Led Conferences, sharing their progress, goals, and areas for growth with their families.
These conferences help build confidence and self-advocacy, one of our district’s six SEL Superpowers, and bring the Perris Promise to life. Students are proud to share their learning, and families leave inspired by their child’s leadership, growth, and voice in their education.

The PESD Soccer Tournament at Clearwater Elementary and Innovative Horizons was a day full of energy, excitement, and school spirit. Students gave it their all on the field while families and staff cheered with pride.
