PESD Thanksgiving Feast 2024
Dear Families and Staff of Sky View & Clearwater Elementary,
At this time, Sky View and Clearwater elementary are not impacted by the Southern California Edison Public Safety Power Shut Offs (PSPS) and will remain open today, Thursday, November 7, 2024. This includes the ELEVO afterschool program and all after school programs regularly scheduled at these school sites.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our students and staff safe. We will continue to keep you informed of any changes.

Dear PESD Families and Staff ,
Due to high winds and dangerous fire conditions we have anticipated a potential power shutdown by Southern California Edison today. As a precaution for our students and staff safety, we must cancel all after-school programs scheduled for today, Wednesday, November 6th. This includes both the ELEVO after-school program at SkyView and Clearwater Elementary schools and all additional after-school programs impacting these two school sites.
There is a high potential for the power to remain shutdown through tomorrow evening. We will share a follow up communication by 6:00 a.m. tomorrow morning notifying our PESD families and staff if both Clearwater and SkyView areas if school will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, November 7th.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the safety of our students and staff.

Calling all parents & guardians!!! Come join us for the following workshop. Parents & guardians who attend will earn an extra recess for their child.
Last week we had our 1st parent/guardian workshop in Spanish, called Disciplina Positiva. Join us this Thursday for the next session in Spanish from 9:00-11:00 am.
Our English session begins on Monday, 10/28, from 9:00-11:00 am.
This is a wonderful opportunity you won't want to miss. The goals of the workshops are:
