Parents, it's that time of the year.
If you would like to sign your student/s to our
ELEVO afterschool program.

You can register online by scanning the QR code
on the flyer above or copy and paste the URL info
below to your web browser:

You can also come to the school front office for a hardcopy to fill out.

Keep in mind that a hardcopy registration will not allow your child to
start attending ELEVO until, two days after registration due to processed period for registration confirmation.

Online registration will allow students to start the same day of registration.
